Mini Triathlon Challenge 2022 - Race Details

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Firstly congratulations on entering our Mini Triathlon Challenge 2022.

You have probably set your own time scale for completing this challenge but in order to receive your medal you must submit your evidence by midday on 7th January 2023.

We encourage you to be creative in recording your distance throughout the challenge. A simple chart is absolutely fine if you haven't got a fitness tracker. Click here to see a great example of a chart created by one of our young runners recently. If you would like some advice on how to best create this, please get in touch. We are happy to advise!

The three activities do not need to be completed one after another and can be split across a number of days or weeks. The swimming part of the challenge does not need include swimming lengths of the pool if you or your child are currently learning to swim. This makes the challenge inclusive to all ages and abilities.  Likewise, if you want to run, swim or cycle for further and longer, that's great!

Remember to make sure you observe social distancing rules when completing the challenge. You must keep safe and considering the safety of others at all times.

Once you have completed the challenge, submit your evidence by clicking here. Evidence can be in a variety of formats include Parkrun times, Fitbit and apps including Run Keeper. If you don't have any of these, a photo of your recording chart is absolutely fine or even photos of you completing the challenge. We are absolutely encourage creativity!
