WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Firstly congratulations on entering our Sport Activity Challenge, we hope you have fun taking part.
It is completely up to you to set your own time limit to complete this challenge. Remember that you must complete an activity linked to your sport on ten different occasions and for at least 15 minutes each time. This could be playing your sport with friends or family in the park/garden or practising a certain skill or part of your sport such as dribbling, bowling or passing.
We encourage you to be creative in recording your evidence and proof throughout the challenge. A simple activity diary is great along with photos or drawings of what you have done. Remember to make sure you observe social distancing rules when completing the challenge. You must keep safe and considering the safety of others at all times.
